Madalina Cheptea, is an MBA of the University of Seattle , and since September 2016 a PHD in economy, with a doctoral theses on Real Estate Market in Romania. The Doctoral Title has been accomplished at Universitatea de Studii Economice Bucuresti, ASE, with the thesis having the title: “INFLUENŢE ALE PIEŢEI IMOBILIARE ASUPRA ECONOMIILOR NAŢIONALE. CAZUL ROMÂNIEI”.
Mrs. Cheptea activates in the real estate area as realtor since 2007, being the head of sales departments for big real estate developments in Bucharest. Since 2011 up to April 2017, Mr. Cheptea was Managing Partner at Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Romania, running 3 big offices in Bucharest: Coldwell Banker OPERA, Coldwell Banker MAGHERU and Coldwell Banker VICTORIEI.
